Villas Blancas
To ensure a pleasant stay, proper coexistence, and good maintenance of the property, all guests are required to respect the following house rules:
1. Use of the Accommodation
- The accommodation may be used only by the number of guests stated in the reservation.
- Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
- Guests must behave responsibly and respectfully toward the property and its surroundings.
2. Quiet Hours and Rest
- Quiet hours must be respected, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Please avoid excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or any behavior that may disturb other guests or neighbors.
3. Equipment and Furnishings
- All furniture, kitchenware, cutlery, appliances, textiles, and other items provided are the property of Villas Blancas.
- Guests agree to use all equipment properly and responsibly.
- In case of loss, damage, or removal of any item, Villas Blancas reserves the right to charge the replacement cost, which may be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced afterwards, subject to verification.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
- The accommodation includes daily cleaning service.
- Towels are changed every 2 days.
- Bed linen is changed every 4 days.
Guests are required to keep the villa in reasonable conditions of cleanliness and order during their stay.
The final cleaning included in the reservation does not cover excessive dirt, such as:
- Accumulated food waste
- Excessive unwashed dishes
- Garbage left inside the accommodation
- Strong odors, stains, or extreme disorder
If the accommodation is left in a condition not suitable for standard cleaning, Villas Blancas will apply an additional charge of €100 for special cleaning.
5. Rubbish and Waste
- Rubbish must be disposed of in the designated containers, in accordance with local regulations.
- Garbage must not be left inside the accommodation or in common areas.
6. Swimming Pool (Costa Volcán)
- Use of the swimming pool takes place at the facilities of Costa Volcán and is subject to the internal rules of the complex.
- Pool use is entirely at the guest’s own responsibility.
- Children must always be supervised by an adult.
- Glass objects are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
- Failure to comply with pool rules may result in restricted access and, in serious cases, application of the measures set out in these House Rules.
7. Pets
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bringing animals into the property constitutes a breach of the house rules.
- If detected, Villas Blancas reserves the right to apply additional cleaning or damage charges and, in serious cases, to terminate the stay without refund.
8. Coexistence and Prohibitions
8.1 Noise and Disturbances
- Guests must respect community rules and the surrounding environment at all times.
- Any behavior causing disturbance to other guests or neighbors (noise, loud music, parties) is prohibited.
In cases of serious or repeated violation, Villas Blancas reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately, without any right to refund, in accordance with applicable regulations.
8.2 Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
In case of violation, Villas Blancas will apply a minimum additional charge of €300, covering special cleaning, deodorization, and related costs.
This amount may be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced afterwards, in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of booking.
9. Damages and Liability
- Any damage, malfunction, or incident must be reported immediately.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to comply with these rules.
10. Breach of House Rules
Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in:
- Additional charges
- Early termination of the stay
- Partial or total loss of the security deposit
11. Acceptance of the Rules
By confirming a reservation and staying at Villas Blancas, guests expressly accept these House Rules, which form an integral part of the accommodation conditions.
